Is a man ‘impotent’ if he gets an erection (and maintains it) but struggles to reach an orgasm?
Or is there a different term for that disorder?
In my 40s I have found that I have no problem with getting an erection. I can maintain my erection, to the point my partner sometimes has time to two orgasms during the sexual intercourse.
I find it really unsatisfying. I often have to go without an orgasm at all, simply because we are so tired and have to get some sleep!
My wife gets frustrated that she can’t make me ejaculate, but it is definitely not her fault, because she arouses me very quickly and keeps me aroused for a long time.
Is this just a normal thing for men in his 40s to experience?
