I know that most guys posting on this forum have problem with getting erection. But my problem is the opposite – how to prevent erection. I am working with attractive females in my office and I don’t want to look like pervert.
Go to the bathroom, masturbate, ejaculate. Problem solved for about an hour or more.
Don’t try to not to think about sex. It will give you the opposite effect (this is the “don’t think about white bear” effect).
You can’t stop your erection, you are a man. I get aroused too seeing good looking women. So keep busy doing something. You are at work, right? Just think about your work!
Distract yourself by thinking about something that completely turns you off. Wear some supporting boxers.
I have the same problem. I am solving it like this: Go to the bathroom, rub it really fast. All the built up pressure will release and erection will go away. Repeat this if you notice your penis is erected.
Just wait until you turn 60.
Tuck it up into your underwear elastic and wear jeans.
Force yourself to focus on something non-sexy and complicated. Erection will go away on it’s own, but if you think about it, it will stay put.
