Eating Rice in moderation will not be harmful. However, it is carbs, which turn to sugar.

So, just moderate yourself and you should be fine.

Rice or any other grain product is very high glucose food!

I can have one teaspoon of rice and shoot my glucose levels to the moon!

A new study shows that eating white rice regularly, as is commonly done in many Asian countries, may increase risk for developing type 2 diabetes.

Some doctors say that eating white rice one to two times per week is fine.

It is better to eat brown rice (whole grain rice) instead of white rice.
